On the occasion of the launch of the new Memo Paris fragrance, created in collaboration with artist Jean Jullien, a bespoke dinner experience was imagined as a tribute to the delicate beauty of Parisian mornings — scented with warm croissants, bathed in soft light, and brushed with a rosy sky.

The scenography was conceived as a theatrical set, immersing guests in a dreamlike interpretation of the fragrance’s universe. From the layout of the space to the table elements, every detail contributed to a narrative both playful and refined.

Culinary creations echoed this atmosphere through familiar forms and surprising flavors, blending humour, emotion, and craftsmanship. The evening offered a sensory journey where art, scent, and taste came together in a tender and poetic dialogue.
